Enya hit UK#1 with her first hit.

It was #1 for 3 weeks in October and was finally in the chart for the last time on this day in the 80s, at #72. It was her 1st if 16 hits from ’88-’05, but she had another #1 in ’04: “I Don’t Wanna Know”, with Mario Winans and P. Diddy.

In the US, this one reached #24, her first of 5 hits from ’88-’04. The Mario Winans hit was her biggest there, where it reached #10.
